Don't understand how to get the thumbshot to sshow up

I was directed here after registering my company on the ministry of burlesque website but don't understand how to activate a thumbshot. The instructions say paste the link to your page--- what does this mean... my website page, the page where the thumbshot is meant to be or this page on the thumbshot website. The instructions aren't very clear. Can anyone advise me please?

Hi Lucy ,

To activate your site's thumbshots, please visit http://www.thumbshots.org/Products/Thumbshots/UpdateThumbshot.aspx and enter your site's web address. then click "Update Thumbshot" . Read the instructions carefully, mentioned there.
