I've subscribed to the $4.99 service but when I ask for a thumbnail to be updated I receive an error message saying "Thumbnail cannot be updated or update is in progress" (it isn't.)
Any suggestions?

Since you're a paying customer, can you please open a ticket from My Account > Support Ticket and specify which URL you tried to update. We can take a quick look and see if we can assist you. The ticket will allow us to follow-through properly.
