Anchor text when linking back to ThumbShots

When I'm linking back to you, is it OK to change the anchor text to just Thumbshots???

No, please use the attribution as-is. If you don't want the attribution, please consider our premium service starting for $4.99 where attribution is not required. Thanks.

Is there any chance to use translated attributions? German in my case? Since my webpage is german I guess such a link would also create more visits on your site. :)
