Hello,
I posted a thumbshot 3-4 days ago and the image still hasn't appeared. I realize that the free service (which I registered under) takes longer to retrieve the image, but I thought it would have been done by now.
Can the administrator please let me know when I should expect to get my image by?
Thanks so much.
Can you paste the URL here?
This is the URL:

Thank you.
Hi , It's been updated. Please note the free thumbshots has a lower update priority than paid clients. Thanks
Thanks Steve - the thumbshot is now posted on my site.
I just posted Thumbshots at the bottom of my page today, Sunday, July 12, 2009. How many days will it take for the image to appear on my site?

The Thumbshots.org free account has a very slow update process, the paid account from Thumbshots.com has higher priority update and faster ..

This is happening on your site again. Looks like Thumbshots is broken today (8/3/2009 6:45pm CT).

Hi The best way to troubleshoot is to try it on a blank HTML page. Copy the code provided from the integraton page in your HTML page. Replace the value in all the [brackets]. For example, replace [url] with the URL address of the thumbshot you want to display (eg. try http://www.yahoo.com). Remember to remove the brackets "[]" too. Make sure there is no typo mistakes. Most errors occur because of a mistake on a single character. You should be able to see an image of thumbshot.
If that doesn't work, make sure you turn off any program that could inadvertently block images such as Norton Internet Security.
[++PAID++] If that doesn't work, make sure your ValidURL settings under Thumbshots.com > Manage > Options are correct. The ValidURL value should contain at least your domain name where you're hosting the page (eg. "mydomain.com" without the quotes).
Once good, you can replicate the code on the actual site. Find more support answers on our FAQ and Forum at www.thumbshots.org. Thanks for your interest :) Sharmistha
