The first thing you got to do is register yourself and install the thumbshots code on your site. Try it on a plain page to make sure it works. Once you get the hang of it and assuming you got some javascript skills, search the web for "tooltip hover" or similar keywords. You basically need to wrap the thumbshot image inside some DIV tag and make it hover & display when onmouseover the link.
