black, white, default or incorrect(just of homepage) thumbshots

Installed thumbshot code OVER A YEAR AGO and still very very few thumbshots are shown.

They all seem to be solid black, solid white, the default Thumbshot image or incorrect(just of homepage of the Artparks website). Of the ones that are there, many show screen shots of pages where not all the images have loaded. There are a very few actual 'thumbshot' that are as expected.

Of course requested crawls of the site - on multiple occasions.

The website has about 1500 pages , the maximum request range for Thumbshots of perhaps 300 urls/pages max. By no means are the number of requests for thumshots from this site heavy, but many of these urls have been requested and by definition 'queued' for 'thumbshotting' probably 10's-100's of times.

Can anyone please tell me what is wrong?

Our Free www.thumbshots.org supports the top-level domain URLs only. Our paid service www.thumbshots.com from $4.99 supports page-specific URL and gives you all sizes from 60x45 to 480x360 pixels.

To update Thumbshots of websites, go to http://www.thumbshots.com/manage/updatethumbshot.aspx . Click on Products > Thumbshots > Update Thumbshots . We give higher priority to our paid customers from $4.99 at www.thumbshots.com

I quote one of the features of the free service: " Display friendly message when thumbshot is unavailable." If you take the time to click the link provided again, you will see many solid black, solid white, solid green thumbshots. This is contrary to our agreement. Granted that subdomain urls are not part of the free service (our sub domains appeard after after signing up for thumbshots over one year ago, so this facet of the 'T&C' of the free service escaped my attention), but that does not explain the seemingly remarkably low number of thumbhots available for the top level domain. Nor is the poor quality of some of the thumbshots explained - what is the point of a screen shot of a page when the images are not even loaded exactly?
